Honestly, I like iPods. I couldn't take all my CDs with me while travelling :] But I like your drawing too, the concept's interesting and it is very well drawn.

Totally on the side of the boom box here (and I'm still stuck on cassettes man). More character, plus people tend to share music more with boom boxes (ie. dancing on the streets Breakin' style XD), where as people tend to isolate themselves with iPods. Heck I-pods.

Very cool. The ipod looks like a peacock. Hah, I have one. But for me I guess it doesn't matter so much where the music comes as long as I hear it. But that's just my opinion. Great piece!

Yeah iPods break incredibly easy. My sister dropped one she had once and it's forever stuck on hold and she can't turn it off.

LOL I love both.
I got a huge CD collection @ home and my PC is connected to a '84 Sony boombox, but I also got like 500 albums (most of them are my CD rack converted) in mp3s, and yeah I love my ipod nano cuz it's a tiny ass contraption that lets me carry a lot of full albums around 
in other words, in my world old school boomboxes and ipods don't conflict
(and CD walkmans are awkward like frankensteins

besides I'm an old school dude still.. I love CD's for the fact that they do sound a bit better, when you listen to them on a good stereo (not that important for portable playback tho)..
but even moreso, I love CD's cuz I like *tangible* things, yknow? I like to open the box, take the booklet and marvel at the cover art if it's good hahaha
and I probably like ipod nanos for that very same reason - I'm not really a gadget freak, but to me they are a real design masterpiece

Although the capacity of song/video holding is impressive on the i's, I also prefer them CDs myself.
Also, having a boombox head with a normal cord for a tail is much more attractive than the other.

meh, it's just too much of a fad! i mean, EVERYONE and their mothers have ipods....even my mother...
i don't know, honestly i like hearing a band, buying the whole cd, and being surprised by those little tracks in between the popular-radio broadcasted ones. when you only buy the radio-broadcast songs, you miss everything else the band has to offer!
i know from the cds i get, my favorite songs are the ones that don't make it to radio!
..plus, cds and cd cases just have a wonderful feel to them....i don't know what it is, but it's something like.....nostalgic...i don't know...
