I love female characters that kick ass, are complex, and don't take anybody's crap. Asuka bows down to no one, and for that she is an all time favorite of mine. I love NGE god dammit!Related content

I actually hated asuka at first. I hated her arrogant attitude and her overall cocky demeanor. As the show progressed however, I began to see that it was a guise to hide her true feelings of insecurity. That's when I began to really enjoy her. Anyways, very nice work here. I love how you put your own personal touch to it.

I was the same way! She gets a lot of hate, and it totally sucks because it's usually from people misinterpreting her character ;( the same thing happens with Shinji.
