Explorer skin does not work with BS 0.2.8. That should be fixed.

You just need to download Borderskin 0.2.7 [link]
and put the folders in The borderskin´s themes folder then apply the theme you want.
For styler toolbar skin just download [link] and install it,then drag the folder "Aero Flow" into the skins folder of Styler toolbar
