Just a little something while you wait
I'm having a little bit of trouble with Pinsir so might end up redrawing his outline or something. In the meantime though - so I'm not too inactive, I thought I'd upload the finished Heracross at least. No background just yet - waiting until I finish Pinsir so I can do them together so there'll be a background then.

Yeah, still got some way to go before pinsir is actually done, but the "battle" is only really gonna be them with their horns/pincers near each other XD

maybe....... Heracross uses Endure vs Pinsir uses Xscissor or another attack ?

I certainly hope so XD the particular stag beetle o used for reference had a really awkwardly-shaped head and I'm having trouble working out the shading for it (which is literally 85% of what makes my drawings look realistic. Just a mixture of lighter tones and darker tones using different brushes.

If someone offered a large amount of money for a humanoid I'd probably continue to warn them off from doing so because my biggest fear with commissions is disappointing someone and making them feel like I've scammed them. That would only amplify that feeling.

Honestly I have no idea. I used to have my monster girls up for 15$ but everyone complained that it was to high of a price when I thought it was to low of a price .
I think for your realistic artwork depending on its detail level and what all is in the drawing starting price should be around 20-25 range.

Yeah, people often don't understand how much work goes into these things xD I might go for the 15-20 range to start with since I'm new to the world of commissions - wanna look affordable xP and then if I keep on with it will probably raise the prices

If you install a trial of Photoshop CC, all you need to get is the amtlib.dll file for the full version, replace the one in your program files and its a permanent trial
