Here's one of my Villainous OC's named 3L3CTR0M4, often nicknamed Troma (as in the studio that made The Toxic Avenger).

~BACKSTORY BY PRESIDENT ALPINE~

Electroma was once a human and was born as Blake Scaramucci, an androgynous prodigy and a well known celebrity and hosted concerts and talk shows, but all this fell down to hell when he was kidnapped by an Anti-Superhero/ gang for a the Inmate Fighting Ring at an abandoned jailhouse, where he was injured brutally by a steroid bound Latino, Bruiser. He was then found by the police, dead and was placed into a cemetery. But that was when someone dug the grave of his own body for experimentation...

Electroma was falsely claimed as an invention by Black Hat's rival, Venomous Striker. V.S. dug up the graves of fallen heroes and stole the equipment from the Legion of Heroes. Slowly and with extra care, Electroma was taking shape. After eight months of trial and error. Electroma was finished. Electroma performed beyond his expectations. Taking down heroes, stealing important items like the hope diamond, even had a small nation in their hands. But one day, Electroma was fighting against a hero with electric powers. The hero shot a powerful Thunderbolt at Electroma. They took the hit, but they took down the hero. Electroma came back with a different personality. They were wild, they had emotions, they even talked back to V.S. When V.S. tried to shut them down. Electroma blew up the lab and ran off. Electroma decided on that day to do their own villainous schemes.

But that was when he was taken in along with the other villains (but were two girls) of Black Hat Incorporated, in which he ultimately took the job, and worked so hard. Black Hat suddenly took a fair notice over his strange feminine voice and personality being an awful lot like Demencia. He even developed a friendship with Dr. Flug and later on, Lab Rat, the leader of Lusus Naturae. While working in Black Hat Inc., he was suddenly realizing that he got amnesia and PTSD (which meant that he is truly a sympathetic person from the inside, while he was psychotic from the outside) while sleeping/recharging.

~FAST FACTS/TRIVIA ABOUT ELECTROMA~
Troma goes by they, them and their, (and occasionally he, him, his) because Troma has little to no gender perferences/choices, but rumor has it that Troma happened to be a female-to-male transgender (there, I said it. Not to Mettaton, but my OC for the short Spanish Cartoon Network series)
If they had a voice, it's Todd Haberkorn (who voices Android 19 in Dragon Ball Z Kai)
His brain happened to be 80% cybernetic while some of his brain was left as 20% which meant that he still has some humanity left into him.
The body and legs are homages to Aigis' body from Persona 3, Lord Stingray from Superjail! (the shoulder blades and cape) and Holly Summer's prosthetic leg (which happened to be a missile launcher) from No More Heroes.
Troma happens to be a flirtatious type of guy, since he can convince girls to date him (kinda like how Demencia wants to date Black Hat).
Troma's flamboyance is a homage to Dr. Frank-N-Furter from The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Scaramouche from Samurai Jack and Mettaton from Undertale.
Despite their crazy demeanor, they're implied to have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). But, he's explicitly confirmed to have Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) from the ghosts of their past (as their birth name; Blake.) and an extreme case of amnesia.
