The colors in this submission along with the lighting takes me back to 1986 when I was a kid. The tune "She's on Fire" from the Scarface soundtrack comes to mind.

Scarface is a classic. Definitely worth watching. If you're not sure about buying it, you should be able to rent it somewhere if you can find it in your local video store. And yes, Scarface is one of the movies that uses the word "fuck" a whole lot! In fact, that word is practically spammed in that movie!

There's just something magical about the decade. My dad says that it wasn't a good time for America, but it can't be any worse than now. There was just so much vibrancy and life put into every thing. And then with the technology revolution just starting to take place...
But yeah... as entertaining as Milli Vanilli was, for the sake of the guys involved, it might have been better if it had never happened, you know? I mean I think one of them killed himself. Once everything was said and done, everything that had been created was destroyed beyond any repair.

All things considered, I find the 80s a much better period than say the 90s or the Aughts. The music and cartoons seemed better to me, IMHO.
(Disclaimer: I haven't watched much of anything as of late, unless it was online, and not even much of that. The TV has been off for quite a while. And I understand others might see things differently, and that's fine.

There's some okay things out there. You should try Regular Show. It's one of the only good cartoons out there anymore. A lot of it is 80's themed though, so there's a good reason for it.
However, I love grunge rock from the 90's. Can't get enough of it. Stone Temple Pilots, Collective Soul, Nirvana, it's all good.
