Description Can you guess what this is?

Photo manipulation was minimal. I only adjusted levels and then increased the color saturation. The scale is about one inch horizonal.

I joined deviantART solely to solicit your criticism. Don't be timid or kind; be brutal! I want to improve my photographic and digital dark room skills. Your honest and uninhibited criticism will help.

Thanks in advance for your comments.

brutality:
looks to me that either you went a little overboard on the color saturation, or the shot has excessive noise. Your ISO was 200, and this was obviously taken with a flash, so I doubt it was the latter. I have noticed this in a few of your photos. you probably don't need to bump the saturation so much; desaturated photos can still have a cool effect.

otherwise, awesome abstract shot!

Milk drops in water. The photo was rotated 180 degrees. I then adjusted levels, hue and saturation.
