Well, Han and Leia DID have a daughter -- twins actually, Jaina and Jacen -- in the EU Novels. I do believe she did have auburn hair.

Thanks! I did not know that. The only two Star Wars novels that I ever read were Splinter of the Minds Eye and Han Solo at Stars End.......
The ones I recommend from the EU series are any of Timothy Zahn's books. They touch a bit on Han and Leia's kids and their birth, as well as Luke's eventual relationship with Mara Jade; a former loyalist to the Emperor who turns Jedi.
