Description

Riley: I Googled them and apparently my grandparents are still alive and living in Florida. When this is over I think I may go pay them a visit.

Jon: Ummmmmm why?????

Riley: To make sure they understand all the pain that they created.

Jon: From what you said I suspect they won't see it that way.

Riley: Probably not.

Jon: Sounds like you are beginning to have sympathy for Mary. I noticed that you called her "Aunt Joan" Don't forget she killed a lot of people including your mother.

Riley: I know and I do have sympathy but she still has to pay for what she's done. We all have a choice in life and she choose to be cruel. I wonder if she sees the irony that she became just like her parents. Once she is behind bars I will see to it she gets the help that she deserves.

Jon: On a different subject I wanted you to know that Lily is cleaning the room that you set up for Molly when you find her.

Riley: She is?  I cleaned it yesterday why is she doing that?

Jon: She says that she is excited to meet your cousin and that she wants her to have a very clean room when she comes over. She also said that after lunch she wants to go on the beach.

Riley: For an 11 year old she is adorable I hope you know that.

Jon: I do, She's crazy about you if you didn't know.

Riley: That's funny, I am crazy about her to.

So the grandparents still alive? What the hell's going on here? First its revealed that Riley's mother is not more dead than I am and now the grandparents? It seems the adults did everything they could to make Molly and Riley's life miserable! And they did an excellent job! I really don't understand why should Riley pay visit to her grandparents, just let them be. And feeling sympathy toward Mary, not a chance! What she deserve is not prison but a few bullets!

As you discovers later on Rosie is a ghost in Mary's mind. Riley's grandparents being alive for now does not have a bearing on the story. The reason Riley thought they were dead is because her Mom told her they were. She did not want Riley in their lives.
