Kristin: I know but you know as well as I do that your foster parents are the only ones who might be able to fill in the details.
Riley: I guess we better go talk to them.
Kristin: No not yet if we are going to do this we are going to do this right that means involving the FBI. They still owe me a favor after what they put Jessie through.
Riley: I trust you Kristin. Michelle said she failed me. She really didn't but I suspect its going to take some convincing otherwise.
Kristin: We will help her through this and than tonight you and I will come up with a plan. We are going to take down your foster parents and Mary once and for all....

I know what the FBI did to Jessie but why they're owe Kristin a favor for that? And I'm so curious what Riley can learn from her foster parents? Could it be her foster mother and Mary are the same person?

In addition to what they did to Jessie they also were responsible for putting Sarah and Katie in harms way. That led to them almost getting killed. They owe Jessie but they also owe Kristin

It sounds good! Though since FBI is a big agency somehow I doubt that they care about what they did so there's no way they'll help the girls. The debt Kristin talking never be equal!

Well the FBI is made up of people and since the FBI screwed up those people owe her a favor because she did their job for them.

I understand the situation. But the authorities don't admit that they made a mistake, don't like if someone do their job so they won't admit that they owe Kristin for do their job and they won't do any favors to her!
