Mother and daughter will be shocked for sure and their ordeals only beginning after that. But at least we have an amazing scene here with poor Sarah pole-tied and tape-gagged. And Kristin is secured on a chair. What evil plans the doctor instructed Riley and Julie to carry out? There's no way mother and daughter to free themselves and their doom slowly appraoching. And Michelle and Jessie already waiting for them in the afterlife.

I'm so curious what twisted fate you planned for poor mother and daughter. In stories sometimes bad must win. But in your stories bad wins too often and your girls seemingly can't do a thing against it. And if a mircale won't happen this time you'll have to replace all your girls since two are already dead, two will die soon by a twisted method and two are just evil. But it'll be a good way to introduce new heroines in your stories who will avenge Kristin and the others' death.
