been reading the hobbit again. i read it like 9 years ago, and with the movie coming up, i just had to go over it one more time. i'm a big fan of dwarves and i just love how they turned out in the hobbit movie. but this is how i've always imagined thorin. i know i should have put durin's emblem instead of moria's west door but i thought the door just looked nicer. i hope you like it anyways.Related content

I'm always happy to see artist's own interpretation of novel hero instead of photorealistic picture of movie screenshot/poster (I hate all those realistic, photo-alike Thorins, Legolases, Galadriels etc. from movie - they all look the same to me). Also this time - it's your own Thorin, and how you immagine him. And I love your version, it's very close to my immagination of him. I love his armor, his big nose, earring, facial expression and this thin scar under the eye - literally everything.
Also, your style is so great!
