Are you still shooting with the E-500? Why can't I make it do things like this?! The built in flash is such shit so I gotta use a bounce card to make anything look decent, but I can rarely get that kind of smooth contrast like this!?

Yes E-500. Also new addition is real macro lens, not crappy filters. I never ever ever ever use flash. If it's too dark, I take the time to set up my tripod and whatever. Y'know. Oh, and Photoshop.

Yeah, I try not to use the flash as much as I can but the content of a lot of my photos is a bit different than yours it seems :-/. Hmm real macro lens would really help, eh I want a new camera anyway.
