First of all, this is a rescue situation that I could not pass up.Β So yes, I would help them without a second thought, even if I had to kill the person who is watching just to make sure that they drown.
Second, this artwork catches all the horror that surrounds the mythos of quicksand; the horror, the desperation, and the hopelessness.
Third, I know who these kids are.Β I run several kid-friendly MLP lists, groups, and chats and watched 8 out of 9 seasons of MLP:FIM just to keep up with the kids.Β These three do not deserve this horrible situation, but again it is all part of the mythos that comes with Quicksand.
