Description
This is Norfolk and Western Railway caboose number 500850 on display in my hometown. She was built by International Railway Car Co. in 1952 and was used in service until 1982. In the late '80s she was sold to a local businessman who put her on display in front of the doctor's office. She was moved to the downtown area in 2011. She's been cosmetically restored at least once, but I think she could use a new coat of paint soon. Regards.
