Huge file, is extremely huge!Many people have asked for a tutorial, so I made one ouo
This is how I make those "painting" like piccu's.
Maybe I should make another tutorial on how I normally shade hmm...

I can't even believe I got a 10 at English in the testweek 8'D
You should have seen my face when my English teacher told me my grade derpderpderp.
I used paint tool sai to draw this and I am sure you can find similar tools in other programs.
Holy- Why am I- okay I know why I draw pokΓ©mons all of a sudden. I should really stop playing those games. DERP ouo

Create a layer above the line art layer and fill that with, for example, the color red, and after that you have to put the layer on overlay.
