Well it’s time to get my phat ass back into the gym. I have an important call later this morning with Joanne this morning. We have some things to workout. So keep an eye out for us. But I’m back in the gym and PRepping for her arrival. I’m almost positive the Joanne is in PReparation mode as well. I have PR’s on my mind.
