What do you think of the finecast? cheaper to make yet just as expensive as the metal, yeah for Gdub ingenuity. X-(

so nice question... acctually im not really familliar with meta , i only got 4-5 minis that i absolutelly hate because the paint chips its heavy without a reason and so on. the resin is for me better as i can handle it with less care as i always do( hah!)and its more covenient for conversion and many other things. my commissar had some bubbles but i fixed the most of them and my abbadon that i will fiish soon had only major flash and mould line to clean but i was very pleased of all resin i saw and touched (and painted) . now thats my point of view you may not agree. oh and the finecast as i hear are generally expensier than metal , exept some that are acctually the oposite. as of the fact its cheapeer than metalto make but expesier to sell i will agree but on the other hand its a good move( a sound tactical move as they say in dawn of war) as it preserves the metal that could be used for other things, more important( and i dont know if resin is made from petrol but if its true then this a bout preserving.... is wrong. Amen

haha wow lol, i've seen some finecast up close and they are nice, but i like my minis and i'm just not feeling it to throw out what i've got to start all the way over again. (i know some people who are actually doing so) but i thank you for you insiders opinion. i found it helpful, so what else have you painted?

well if you got metal minis painted first of all if you havent made it already, put some purity seal on to preserve the colour.now i have painted many things from vampire counts , orks , uruk hais to space marines and chaos marines and chaos deamons. the vampire might be added but the paintjob is lousy ( painted them 2-3 years ago at my 13-14 and then i quit , and then i started again in february with an old black reach i had and my painting improved ( i hope) the ultramarines sergeant was made 2 years ago and the only thing i added is the effect on the pecious stones. now as you can see my commissar is better execpt a little of the face, wich is due to a bad spray i had that messed up the texture but anyway. am i boring? if so tell me cause i speak too much on the internet and not enough in real life. thats all. oh and might add some killa kans i had but because of school and a chaos rapto unit i want to paint and abbadon i might have them or have it ready on december. thats all ,thanks for havign the patience to read me.

they also have a range called hordes wich is all beasts, while warmachine is strictly machine, both cool and both games can be played together or against each other, unlike 40k and fantasy.

because i made some manipulations with the pic about contrast and collour . the colour was a little too intense because of a camera option i forgot to change and so i downgraded it a little. and i also put many pic on one

well if all your photomanipulation on the picture is do eliminate the camera errors and wrong colors - that is, to make it look as close to the original mini as possible - then it's not "photoedited" per se. Had you edited colors so that the shades are no longer natural, or changed colors, or stuff like that, then it's photoedited.
Now it's just "retouched" wich you in reality have to do to every miniature photo since not even under the perfect circumstances (lightbox, tripod, multiple light sources, 1000+ euro camera) will all the colors and shades look as they are in reality. Trust me, i know
heck, i even did a tutorial on it
