Here you go! Sorry for the long wait once again. (orz)

Probably the undersuit with the most detail on the base armor, the Shot Riser base is a strange one. Instead of covering the entire body, armor for each progrise key is only partial, giving it the incomplete prototype look, though they still function just fine in battle. For why it took long, I was debating if I should leave the helmet blank as because Vulcan and Valkyrie have their own unique "faces", but that won't matter if you choose to trace over the helmet.
Also, like with the Zero-One undersuit, I left the henshin device blank, so anyone can do their own unique design.
And just as I said in my other templates:
What you can do: ANYTHING! BE CREATIVE! You may alter and/or trace on the template to fit the desired size you'll need for your OC Rider.
What you can't do: I dunno... steal other people's work?
Kamen Rider belongs to Toei and Shotaro Ishinomori.
I own nothing except my life and work.
P.S. Two down, three to go, and up next would probably be the female version of this suit. Or should I start on the ForceRisers?
