Shading needs work. Instead of picking just a darker spectrum of the color, try different iterations (e.g., for a blue shirt, pick dark violet for the shade). Also, the environment should blend in with the objects; now it looks like the boxes are just stamped on a piece of paper. The ice reflects light, but here they look like they are from another realm - I strongly believe that it's the black outline that is at fault.Β

That has always been the plan, I had just got tied up creating a card game and moving to a new job for the last year. Now that I am free from those shackles I definitely plan on finishing the series. I was more thinking Caustic Caverns because there would be some really cool colors, but that place was the bane of my existence when I played so who knows!

Cool! I didn't think the Caustic Caverns was a pain, only the crystalisks gave me trouble. Have you played The Pre-Sequel? Will u do a follow up w/ TPS (I thought it was "decent", but it would have been "good" if they checked it 4 bugs/glitches, fixed the scaling, balanced the player/enemy gameplay, & made more enemies respawnable...)?

Haha sorry to disappoint ya, Spartan, but its just a silly mockup I thought would be fun. Kinda a fusion of B-Lands and Metal Slug. Now that I have some free time though I need to finish up the rest of the characters from 2 and finally get around to playing the Presequel!
