It's a cute parrot like pokemon. I'm sure it could be a good match for Talonflame (though this one is cuter, in my opinion. It looks less agressive, more like a Pokemon pet). Can it talk like human? Or at least repeat words he hears?

Yes indeed. I didn't picture it being that large from the picture. For a bird this size, I suppose living in forest isn't the best thing, so I'd expect it to have his eyrie somewhere in cliff or mountains, perhaps near desert which would explain the fire type. It probably hunt creature like Sandshrew or perhaps Ekans or Arbok or little critters, like sand mice Pokemon.
I wonder how fast they can go. Given their size, one would expect they can carry some cargo, certainly to feed the Guacalaya, but do solely mother feed them or does the father too? How many eggs can they have at once? And does the oldest/strongest get rid of the competition by throwing it over nest?

Ohh glad you ask that! the thing with my fakemons is that in their normal habitat they doesn't grow that much, but if you train them for battle they will surely do it
