Description a new wyrm who's tiny wings cant do much but look cute, and flap around uselessly when ciare is flustered
idk what species he is exactly as he's brand new, but ill come up with something later ;w;

for now the blue boi is just looking for someplace to relax or hunting!

facts about Ciare:
-he sits on his tail like a chair
-he's a pred/prey mix
-no particular reason why he's so blue

-cant fly

-big ol claws, don't worry tho, he's very careful with them!
-soft underbelly
-rough scaley top
-always wears his cloak
