A couple of people have already mentioned Sakura's torso, but it's the only thing off about the pic. Karin actually looks awesome.

Sakura's head's a bit weird though. The bust is also not obvious, making it seem as if her back is to the camera, yet the legs are front facing.

I am, as always, utterly in awe of your art. However, this piece has a major problem that just sticks out to me every time I see it.
It's the girl in white. Her head is over-rotated. If you call the direction her hips are pointing 12 Noon, then her shoulders are at 2:30-3:00, and her head is about 10:00. Which makes the neck clock in at around a horrifying 135 degree twist - pretty impossible. If you block out everything below her arms, it looks more like she's got her blouse on backward and her hands behind her back. There's just no way for me to not see her chin being behind her left shoulder.
Seriously, your art is among/atop my favorites on this site, and... this one has a problem.
