Description
Here is something I did along with my Digital Tools class. Basically you take a photo and redraw what you see an colour it.I drew this out with pencil and then started painting away. I have a tutorial for this, eventually Ill post it.
The rims are not 3D nor is any part of the car 3D rendered, just my special technique.

ah ha. i love old cars like this. there is just something... irresistible about them. they're just... cool.
im amazed with your "special technique" as those rims are extremely well done. well, the whole flippin' car is well done. love all the detail including all the intricacies inside the car. love the bounce lighting, the accuracy, the attention to detail (even in the emblems!). really well done. people are going to want this as their desktop wallpaper.

Holy cow. Lamborghini made a car that DOESN'T look like a monster speeder. This one looks kinda tame by comparison.
Still, your skill is superb as always, dude.

The words "timeless classic" come to mind. Decades later, this car still looks cool.

Very nice!!
If I have one criticism it's that the reflections on the windows make it look like the glass is sagging like cling-wrap.

Yeah this definitely looked like a 3D model at first. I can't wait to see the process behind this.
