JOUEL HAS A THEME SONG : D [link] Cats on Mars fits her perfectly.

Back story:
Long story short Jouel did not come from a nice world. Her earth is covered in grey snow, the sky is forever clouded and everyone in it is out for themselves. It's dog eat dog, literally. The Veil was a global consuming bio-weapon, the final strike that managed to kill off most of the worlds population. In the aftermath a lot of nasty mutations started to appear, dubbed by the surviving humans as 'Veil children.' Jouel is Third Generation Veil, meaning her mother was a second Gen Veil child and so on.

Jouel was raised by 'Karnevale' an assassination order made up of veil creatures. In events that will remain a mystery for now she was captured by 'The Crucible.' The 'last government' that acts more like a medieval religious order with advanced technology and magic. After eleven years of confinement Jouel finally escaped and was sent to EFN.

Now, after all that Jouel has been left in another world. But she doesn't seem to worried about returning home for the moment. In fact she doesn't even seem to have any kind of goal then to wonder about. Finding a strange letter inviting her to some hotel in the woods? Sounds like fun!

Notes on Jouels Blood

For all animals and other things that have a sense for blood; Jouels blood smells like toxic waste. Vampires are adviced not to drink it, though hopefully they'd be able to tell by the scent that it really can't be good for them. Consuming of blood may cause death, mutation and mild stomach pains.

helpful Notes. (Extra)

1) Jouel is not a child despite the way she acts. She knows about sex, violence, swearing and so on but their not the center of her world. Pinwheels are more interesting anyway.
2) Jouel is asexual. Meaning she will never flirt or become attracted to anyone sexually. At all. She likes to hug people because she likes being around others. please don't turn her into a perv. XD But feel free to have others try and flirt with her! XDD
3) Jouel will kill anything if it tries to kill her back. Yes this does include children and fluffy animals. Quality at its best.
4) People have been asking me if Jouel is Evil. Well the short answer is no. But if people really want me to put her into an alignment I would have to call her chaotic all of the above. Seriously she can be good/neutral/bad. It really depends on the situation. Most of the time she won't even try to kill you unless you attack first. That or she does it by accident.

Stats in more detail

Strength: She needs all the upper back bone she can get while using that pinwheel of hers. Jouel can't punch her way through brick, but try holding her down will be a struggle.
Defence: This is more to do with her lack of armour or protection, which is why its under human average.
Endurance: Well, when you can automatically stop bleeding, your body is suddenly able to take a lot more damage. Jouel can't internally bleed either, adding extra points against blunt force trauma.
Magic Defence: Spells, elemental magic and so on. This is not normal and Jouel has not been trained to deal with it despite the fact that magic IS real on her world.
Agility: Armed with her weapon, Jouel is fast, deadly and always looking for a killing blow. Armed with something less heavy and you'll be missing three out of four limbs before you've even blinked. Her fighting style relies on constant movement and free running, most of the time using a persons lack of balance and speed against them.
Intelligence: She's not what you might call stupid, though she loses a lot of points for not having much common sense. Word of advice. Jouel is not as dumb as she appears. You have been warned.
Mental Stability: Jouel is really a good assassin...no seriously she is! Okay she WAS a good assassin, and once upon a time ago she actually had a healthy mental state. Eleven years later she's drawing smiley faces in blood...It seems jail did not treat her well.

You gotten sick of Jouel yet? : D well here's more of her! I've changed alot since the first ref of her, the main difference is in her abilities. Oh and I gave her a pinwheel chainsaw. Because that's totally a realistic weapon.
