A few things to note..I accidentally did the whole outline using a pen tool instead of a ink pen tool, this made my line art not as clear and fine as it could have been, I am pretty happy with the hair its the first time I tried doing hair like this, and I could NOT think of a background for this pic so I just did some doodles lol...so with that in mind here is a OC I made up and she is a angel, let me know what you think? anything I could do better? "well anything can ALWAYS be done better with practice", but anything I should look into and give special attention?

You're getting better and better! Hmmm lets see, if I could give you somewhere to improve it would be folds and hair lines, and shading! the fold lines and hair lines are a little sharp so maybe it would help to make them a little more uniform. As for the shading, at the lower part of the stomach where you have it shaded against her outfit I think is the best! I think you could improve in areas like her ribs you could smooth the shading out a bit with the blend or blur tool. Over all I think this is one of your best works, her outfit is adorable, and the over all concept is fantastic. Keep up the good work I can't wait to see how you improve in the future <3
