I wanted to make him with his mask fully covering his mouth, yet I decided that he was different. Coming form a time and place no one knows. If anything he is the first Colonel to actually show what MAY be under the mask of many other colonels. yet he is more honest about what he says about him and the others actually mattering. He cares more then the others do and due to his position as a General, he has done all he can to ensure peace. Though, I like to think he is just a civilian put into the position of leading an entire military or multiple ones and somehow succeeding where most would just stop all together and return to civilian life if possible.

I guess I just thought of him like this mouthpiece of all the colonels if anything else and also both the Chiefdom and the Blue-Faction. I will say he does have the ability to turn on both view points with flawless understanding and speaks very well for both sides, even if there are a few bad actors on both sides.
