It's Zero from Megaman X vs Zero from Megaman Zero.

If by "Megaman feel" you mean the massive leg/arm look that originated back in Megaman Classic, that was intentional. They wanted the Megaman Zero series to easily be distinguished from the Megaman X series and also wanted to show the blurring of the lines between humans and reploids. Hence the artstyle change.

Hmmm... who WOULD win? X-series Zero is the original body, but I like Z-zeries Zero better, so I vote for him! After all, not only is his Z-saber cooler, but he has the Zero Knuckle, that shield thing, and that Triple-rod thing, not to mention all the other extra weapons from MMZ2 and MMZ3 (which I have never played). Besides, TECHNICALLY, Z-series Zero already defeated X-series Zero (because in MMZ3, Omega is Zero's original body and Zero turns out to be using a mere copy of his old body).
P.S. Here is my brother's opinion on the matter:
X-series Zero would win. He has blown himself up SEVERAL times and has come back every time. Also, he almost killed Sigma with his bare hands (WITHOUT his Z-saber) before even joined the Maverick Hunters. Of course, let's not forget Black Zero and Absolute Zero. And finally, all the alternate sabers (and especially the Red Lotus Saber, Zero's most powerful saber in the game) from Megaman X Command Mission puts the regular Z-saber to shame, which also means the Z-series Z-saber.
