eepers are an adorable, raptor-like species created by PumpiikinPie ! species info here
you're allowed to make Eeper characters for yourself, but please do not make adopts without the owner's permission!
they come in all colours, and these little creatures have moth-like fur that brushes off easily, so you need to be careful if you have one as a pet.
- feel free to edit the base (along the rules of species info fav.me/d7reyw4 )
- please do not make adoptables! personal OCs and the sort are ok
- do not remove the signature, please

I bought an adopt of one about a month ago though (40 pts) , and I'm not sure if it was made with SugarCrestCafe 's permission / proper credits.

I suspect if they didn't follow the rules it was accidental - not trying to cause any trouble for them! I just hoped to check in about it and make sure its okay for me to use the design I bought. (If not I'll go ahead and make one for myself!)
