this is a very cool piercing But, my older sister got one done 4 years ago when she went to Europe and they pierced her wrong and the gums got black and fell out of her mouth while she was eating.

I can't get one. When I was 7 I hit myself in the face with a huge chunk of metal and now that part of my mouth hangs loose.

you'll just have to get it out and clean the ring, it's full of plaque and it could cause some problems if you don't clean it
