Puppet acts exactly how is name suggests, he's quiet and not very noticeable. Thanks to this he is a very valuable informant. He acts sort of like a dog in the way he is sent to do errands for various 'mon without complaining, that and he's loyal to the ends of the earth. A little naive, he can most often be found, if you see him, doing various jobs and gathering information.
after evolving, his naivety has seems to have bled into wisdom; being kind of a cool cat in his own right, he's a pretty good listener. ♥
wears dark glasses, no idea why.

I found him!...Oh I should probably explain, I've been trying to find him ever since he was sold as I wanted to keep track of where the little guy was (Yes, I am the Floofveon that drew his clutch, this is just my Pokemon group account) I probably seem like I'm writing nonsense and it probably isn't believable...I'm just very glad to see him in loved hands! And you drew him wonderfully~
By the way, I saw his evolution. Absolutely fabulous~ Jolteon really does suit him! =>And there really aren't that many Jolteon wow-I really like Sylveon but I should probably give the less popular ones a chance xD

Yeah, I was going to have a collection of Sylveon, but then realised-they are already everywhere! I'm probably going to spread them out so not all of them are Sylveon-some of them would probably look better as one of the other Eeveelutions too!~
Poor Jolteon...I thought it deserved a lot more and shouldn't be the least popular!...And then I looked up Flareon.
...I think I need an army of Flareon. ;___; Might just dedicate myself to bringing more Flareon into the group, ahaha~
