Thank you. I just make each frame in photoshop then import them into adobe fireworks. Set the animation and timing.
The most time consuming part is posing each image and saving them frame by frame.

I hada friend who updated her journal talking about this, how people would say "thanks for the points!" on her profile, and as soon as that started happening, lots of others began asking for handouts... =/
