I can't remember if there's anything really adult or not, but I am fairly desensitized to sex and violence, so I may not be able to tell anyways....Before I use any new sketch book, I always feel the need to christen it with stickers and pictures of stuff. (just like collages in grade school).... These are the three covers from last years sketch books. Many of the random things portrayed in these pictures do actually mean something to me (inside jokes, souvenirs, favourite stuff...), but some is just stuff I find inspiring or means nothing at all and is just for decoration. I felt like sharing these, as a kind of window into my head (yes, cheesy). Even if you don't give a flying fuck about any of it, there's still lots of stuff to look at. Yay, stuff!

Well now, that is an interesting story... I think originally yes it was catwoman, by bruce timm... but when I found it someone had altered it to be batgirl (III)... at that point I did not know who had done it since there was no credit... I then altered it into a demongirl like it is now... and am using it on my business cards... at some point I think I ran across the original in some bruce timm gallery somewhere, but I don't know where and can't find it now...anyways, I cut it out of one of my cards and pasted it on my sketch book.... so there you have it. The whole sordid tale.

Ah! Okay...yea now that you said that it does kind of look like the new batgirl. Hmm. And you know, I used to know that Bruce Timm site, but I have a new computer no and haven't gone back to favorite all the old sites..

Awesome collaging! I do some collage so I know good composition when I see it. Love the dark, edgy, comic-book feel to it, a fav for me.
