My half of an art trade withHe asked for me to make him his own Talusite [link] kid and to set things up like a character sheet, with different expressions. He did not specify a type, so I let choose, and she came up with Windspeaker, hence the curled, green markings. He also didn't name her, so she is Nakina if/until he renames her.
At first his description for what he wanted was way too close to Juniper Bloodprism (the other kid in the picture) but we changed things up satisfactorily. Here are the resulting parameters:
Female
A little younger than Juniper
Kinda Hawaiian looking
Brown Skin
Brown Eyes
Semi Long, Wavy Hair (I maybe made a little too long, I get carried away)
Shiny But Simple Accessories
Loves Tails (not the Sonic character, the body part e.e)
Talusites are an original race by me. They and anything having to do with them are (C)WingedHippocampus. Nakina Windspeaker is free for use by only.
Man, I need to get off my butt and make more Talustuff.

The tail huggle is absolutely too cute. I really love her expressions too, especially that you added the background colors that really add to them. The rings on her tail are a very nice touch!

I just wanna give the biggest Tail glomp of the lifetime XD! but i can get in trouble... oh wait im her guardian!XP but then again... her tails not strong enough X_x;
I love the jewels, and the dress looks alot like lisa's and the last female i saw in our last pic.
so i take it that the males have loincloths, while the females worship lisa simpson! XP

Uh, Windspeaker, like I said. o.o;
Actually, like many real-life rainforest people, kids under ten of both genders or so wear anything from loincloths to body wraps to nothing at all, but DA is being really persnickety about the child nudity lately, so even though I don't draw any genitals when they ARE naked, I've started throwing more clothes on the kids.
I promise I'll draw more Talusites soon so you can have a bigger example of how they dress and the way the different stripes go. I need to get some adults done up.
