I always let my RP partner pick his name, so he's had several.
Tried some foreshortening on the legs, didn't turn out so well. Sorry. His hair was hand inked in Sai which is why it's kinda wobbly, but I wanted to use the new tablet more.

Again, I am fascinated by what you're doing with the new tablet here.Β I do see what you mean about the foreshortening, though it only really sticks out to me on the fingers of the right hand, but otherwise this is REALLY good; the lines have that same controlled, compelling quality to them I mentioned before, and the greater degree of depth and detail in the coloring (already a strong suit of yours) likewise continues to impress, especially the almost-water-like texture of the hair.

Sounds like you are a bit like me with posing, it looks wrong to you, you fix it. Then the 'wrong' was actually the right way XD.

Foreshortening is tough, but overall it looks believable. I didn't even take notice until you mentioned it! I think it'd be easily fixed in the future by having the calf be behind the front of the leg. Overall great work and awesome job on the clothing folds! My favorite sections of shading are the right arm and the mid section fold where he's hunched over. I don't see lavender and aquamarine together very often, and it's a lovely pairing.

I actually originally did have the calf behind the leg but then decided I wanted him kind of splayed out as the other leg indicated. Maybe I shouldn't have tried to 'fix' it. xD; Thank you!
