Two relentless, and resilient stalkers and killers, are about to clash in a fight to the death.I do not own either characters.

Nemesis wins.
The amount of damage Nemesis tanks is more than enough to survive multiple plasma blasts from Predator. It took several Point Blank Rail Gun blasts to deal final blow & Nemesis has been pounded by machines guns & grenades all night.
Nemesis's strength is equal if not greater than even the strongest of Predators
He also can be pretty swift in bursts.
His augmented brain (ala films) allows him great targeting & basic threat analysis at good range.
His ranged Arsenal also well suited & and weilded 1 handed:-
Mini-gun (as we see in 1st film its stream of fire good for tagging even when cloaked)
Rocket Launcher (does this really need explaining?)
It also has a secondary mutation, that turns it into a hulking tentacled mass that trades it humanoid form & intelegence for venom spit & extra tentacles.
Only 1 down side, it can be infered that the Nemesis could be destroyed by close range use of the Predator's Self Destruct... but not definitive.
