Well, Springtrap is stronger,Β Chucky has dodged shot gun fire so he has speed, Springtrap is more durable due to surviving being burned down in Fazbear's fright. Though Chucky does have better weaponry, Springtrap seems to outnumber him.

Actually that shot gun dodging feat was an outlier. Chucky has been shot numerous of times and had not once actually dodge a point Blank bullet. If so he dodged it before it fired.

If I recall in their lores death doesnt stick with Chucky but Mr Aftons in hell as of Ultimate Custom Night.
I would say Springtraps metalic body gives him the edge thoigh but if he wins Chucky will just come back and they will be at square one

Uh not really. That can count as a No Limit Fallacy. It's like saying Goku kills Jason but he will never win because Jason cones back. Sure Chucky can comeback but only through some kind of ritual which takes time. So his death will be long enough for Afton to take the win.
Same goes for BFR.
