I want to see this fight happen. I think android 21 win this fight. Android 21 can just turn ultron into a donut and eat him. Also she has the strength to match planet busters like goku.

Weren't the DBZ characters in a weaken state in the story? And even if Ultron was somehow turn into a donut by 21, he could easily transfer his mind into another body.

True about the fact that everyone was weaken at that time, however I don't think it is possible for ultron to take over 21's mind and body. For one thing, she isn't mechanical like 16, nor isn't a cyborg like 17 and 18. Besides, even if ultron does go to another artificial body, she has the healing factor of buu, cell, and piccolo. Hell even cell admitted that no one was capable of beating her by them selves.
