Rose is hyper active and super energetic and carefree she loves her friends especially Yuri giving her deadly bearhugs of affection she however can sometime lose control of her powers for being too positive and hyper which is why she was sent to Vanguard to help as she accidently destroyed one of her planets' Monuments
