“Hey thanks for the complementary mints.”
“Well at Delta we like our customers to have the best service possible.”
“Yeah, I really need them, what with prom coming and all.”
“Prom? You’re going to be using those mints at the prom?”
“Well I have to kiss my girlfriend, don’t I?”
“So you have a girlfriend?.”
“Yeah, really sucks though. What with her being in Virginia and me being in Delaware and all.”
“Long distance relationships are hard.”
“She’s great though, well worth it. Kinda strengthens you actually, knowing that you love someone so much, not even distance can sway. I should know, I’d kick my own ass for looking at a normal chick, besides the superficial oggling that comes with being me.”
“Well you have more restraint then some of the guys I know.”
“Yeah, unfortunately it comes with the territory of being a ‘nice guy.’ I don’t mind, like I said she’s worth it!”
“She must be great if she’s worth all that!”
“Yup, she strong, smart, funny, keeps me on my toes, challenges me, oh and caring! Also has the same weird sense of humor as I do. I love her a lot. Would give my life for her! Kick anybody’s ass that disrespects her too! Bare in mind, I’m not a violent person. I don’t fight, but I’d fight for her.”
“I’m glad for you.”
“Thanks, what was I gonna say next. I forgot?”
“Well maybe you should go to your gate before your plane leaves.”
“OH, that’s it! Thanks for the mints! Great flight lots of leg room, and better service than the other flights I’ve taken. I guess that’s the thing when there is absolutely nobody on the plane!”
“Sir, your plane.”
“The plane boss, the plane! Peace.”

He runs off with his shoulder bag flopping about, as the flight attendant resumes her job.
