Description
Enceladus is a frosty moon of Saturn which we believe has a rocky core and we know has a liquid ocean. Some of this ocean jets out of the pole in a plume of icy vapors, which we were able to scan and determine has the ingredients for life. A return to the Saturn system has another pass through this cryo-volcano as a must-do. So the solar system has not just one, but two icy moons orbiting gas giants in the outer solar system (the other one being Europa, a moon of Jupiter) that may harbor life under its snowy exterior... visuals include here a few comb jellies, squids, and other bioluminescent beings from our own ocean because they are just so dang alien-seeming anyway, and because of convergent evolution the forms we find in these alien abysses may not be too different.
