Claire or Vino, despite his girls name(weird parents) is an accomplished multi-lingual assassin who used to be one of the world's leading acrobats in a circus before becoming a hit man. None could match his speed and accuracy in his death defying feats, and near inhuman reflex's, making incredible jumps with cat like agility and relex's fast enough to catch arrows...and even dodge the reaction time for a bullet being fired at him.

His bride Chane Laforet, was a french, mute hit-woman who's prima ballerina like leg strength and agility helped her surmount multiple odds, and opponents, only surpassed by her skill with blades, and surprising strength for her size.

It made too much sense thinking about these two for them to consummate and make Neo Politan who inherited her father's sass, her mother's inability to speak, and ballet-like dainty poise, and both of their ferocity in combat.
