This is the 2nd piece that was commissioned of to me to depict a series he's doing where Salem has collected every relic and crafted 6 reality warping stones with the powers of the gods reborn.With such, she has dashed the world of remnant, and all it's populous, one by one...

[Salem's forces begin overwhelming the Hunters and Huntresses. When suddendly, there attention is turned elsewhere. Swords and lasers seemingly come out of nowhere and dusts the Nevermores and Griffons. Once the smoke clears it is revealed to be Penny 2.0. She unleashes and spin attack that dusts Beowolves, Ursa and eventually pierces through a Leviathan before landing right in front of Oscar; who holds the stones.]
Oscar [both amazed and terrified]: H-hi, I'm Oscar Pine.
Penny 2.0: Salutations, Oscar Pine. You have something for me?

(Five years after the snap, Ruby, Yang, Weiss, Qrow, Velvet, Yatsuhashi, Winter, and Ironwood managed to undo the damage, but Salem caught on and was just about to do it all over again.)
Yang: (bloody, battered, and all alone with her robot arm knocked loose, she looks at the vast army Salem leads to get the stones back. She knows she's outnumbered and that she'll probably die. And yet without hesitation, she sets her prosthetic back in place and tightens the straps on Ember Celica. She's slowly walking towards the army to fight, when...)
Sun: (over Yang's scroll) Yang, can you hear me?
Yang: ...
Sun: Yang, this is Sun, can you hear me?
Yang: ...
Sun: On your left.
(Yang turns around to see Blake with her parents leading the entire White Fang. Sun flips over them and runs up to Yang. As the others get back up, Glynda arrives with Taiyang, Oobleck, Port, Nora, Ren, Coco, Fox, and Oscar. Team SSSN join Sun, along with Teams BRNZ, ABRN, FNKI, NDGO, and even CRDL. Next, Ironwood shows up with Ciel and the Atlesian military including Knights and Paladins.)
Glynda: Is that everyone?
Ironwood: What? You wanted more?
(Suddenly, Raven shows up with the entire Branwen tribe. Ruby and Weiss stand side-by-side with Blake and Yang. Qrow and Winter stand with Taiyang and Raven. Velvet and Yatsuhashi stand with Coco and Fox. Salem looks slightly worried.)
Yang: Huntsmen and huntresses! (cocks Ember Celica) ... assemble.

Salem: *Raises her sword towards the hunters and huntresses as her army charges towards them

(After defeating the others and regaining the Stones, Salem prepares to snap the entire universe out of existence. But at the last minute, Ruby grabs the gauntlet to try and pull it off, but Salem knocks her away and readjusts the gauntlet.)
Salem: I am... inevitable. (snaps her fingers, but nothing happens. She looks back at the gauntlet to see the Stones are gone. Much to her horror.)
Ruby: (places the Stones in Crescent Rose and aims it at Salem as the combined power strains Ruby's body.) And I... am... Ruby Rose. (she pulls the trigger and a multi-colored bullet tears through Salem and her followers)
Salem: (watches in horror as every Grimm, Salem, Mercury, Emerald, Tyrian, Dr. Watts, and Hazel turn to dust. And with a solemn look, she sighs as she too disappears out of existence.)
Ruby: (injured beyond recovery due to the feedback from using the Stones, she drops Crescent Rose and sits back against a rock.)
Yang: (runs up to her sister, trying to see if she can help, but she knows that there's nothing she can do. Fighting back tears, she hugs Ruby.)
Blake: (fighting her own tears, she hugs Yang from behind as Oscar approaches)
Oscar: Hey! Hey, Ruby! W-we won... we won, Ruby. (starting to cry) R-Ruby? Ruby, I- I'm sorry. I'm sorry, Ruby... I'm sorry...
Weiss: (gently kneels down and cups Ruby's cheek) Ruby? Shh... it's okay. We're all okay. You can rest, now. (starts crying)
Ruby: (smiles and peacefully passes away)

(Team RWBY watches a video with Taiyang, Qrow, Raven, and Ruby's adopted daughter Summer)
Video Ruby: If you're watching this, then that's a good thing. I hope that nobody dwells on my passing, or makes a big deal out of my "heroic sacrifice." I hope people are happy. I hope families are reunited. And I hope you all remember one important thing... I love you three thousand.
(Weiss sets a bouquet of roses down on the hill where Ruby was buried next to her mother. She stands in silence with Summer along with Yang and Blake, Taiyang, Raven, and Qrow, Juane, Nora, and Ren, Teams NDGO, ABRN, FNKI, CRDL, CVFY, Ironwood, Winter, Oobleck, Glynda, Port, Oscar, Ciel, the Belladonnas, Ilia Amitola, and the White Fang. After the funeral, Taiyang is comforting Summer.)
Taiyang: You hungry, kiddo?
Summer: Yeah.
Taiyang: What do you want?
Summer: ... cookies.
Taiyang: (chuckles) Y'know, your mommy really loved cookies. I'm gonna make you all the cookies you want.
Summer: Okay...

You can practically hear Ruby's heart break in this scene when he dissolves away. Nice work on the facial expressions.

This scene in Infinity War hit so much harder for me than the end of Endgame. Endgame, you knew that Tony and Cap were going away and the MCU would continue, one way or another. With Infinity War, we only knew what comic book Thanos had done. Seeing half of all the characters we knew fade away into ash, especially Spider-Man, was unlike anything we'd ever seen before.
