This is based off a popular Japanese Meme: "That Special Feeling" aka 特別な気分 , in which a Kantou couple in Japan were strolling through a blizzard with an umbrella, as news was getting coverage of the storm.
When interviewed the man replied: “Being in the snow with my lover like this immerses me in a special feeling. I like it.” causing the girlfriend or young wife to blush and cover her face at the corniness.

Ooohhh! Is that what that is? I've only ever seen something like this once before and that was with the Fate/Stay Night Cast. It was so funny seeing everyone but Shirou blush, but since it was in Japanese I couldn't tell what he said. I just knew what he said was embarrassing and funny since everyone was blushing and hiding their faces.
