This is without a doubt one of the strangest pairings i've ever finished, I mean i kind of get it, but at the same time she's kind of a felon?

The canon here is that Livewires reformed (per say) just like Harley, and is trying to live the straight and Narrow, and ends up bumping into Static Shock while trying keep her parole.

She gets a tip that a hit is going to be made on an armored transport of delivering super villain armories to maximum security, (heading from Arkham or Belle Reve), and she attempts to catch the thieves in the act rather than report it so she can be a hero and maybe prove to Superman and Flash that she's not a super fiend anymore.

Maybe even keep some booty for herself.

However in the attempt, she is infected by Poison Ivy's toxin's in the fight from the truck.

This makes her fall for the next guy she sees, who is ironically Static who was in the neighborhood and helps to cart away the felons who got away.

She is later busted for for a robbery she did not commit, and no one will believe she's being framed, so she decides (since old habits die hard) to kidnap static and force him to help her prove his innocence.

The villains turn out to be Starburst , and Weather Wizard , who were counting on her being over zealous so they could pin the robbery on her and make a get-away with the weapons of both Batman and Superman's villains.

So...yeah....
