The scene is of Quentin bowing to the alter, or a confessional box, of an abandoned church and the reveals that Freddy, dressed as a monk. Freddy slices Quentin and he splits in half to reveal Freddy ripping through him. I think the part where the show the eyes popping out really made me jump. I want to see that deleted scene.
It's true. We don't usually see Jackie play "sensual" with another, since his younger days. It's something I definitely loved about the scene. I love the kissy face he does to her. It made me cringe and squee at the same time.

You know what would have been Jackieliscious? Some bloopers! That way we could see Jackie dressed as Freddy but still acting and speaking like himself.

The Dirt Room and the Pool Scene is in the original early draft of the script. The Church Scene is through a ton of research I did. I can send you a few screencaps from it if you're like.
Well, you did get to see Freddy out-of-character in some of the behind-the-scenes. The problem is that it's a horror film. I think bloopers are something you really shouldn't have on the special features of a horror film; in a behind-the-scenes documentary, that's fine. What I would have preferred is more deleted scenes!
