It was not, when 'rainbow-ized', ponies get subtle changes to their cutie marks. Though never seen on screen, if fair to say that Luna's cutie mark would be altered if she was ever 'rainbow-ized'. :devtheshadowstone' accounted for that and changed it a bit. I for one, really like it. She's got a bunch of other awesome vectors if you're interested~
