Description
So, ignoring the fact that the only princess I'd ever drawn is Cadence, I decided to go ahead and make another ...ehhm portrayal of her cause, like, she's my favourite princess and all, and mostly because I wasn't satified with my previous, now outdated drawing anymore.Thanks for stopping by and viewing this I guess, and reading the description lol

Hmm, that is something I did not know I was able to do... make a picture somebody would come back to... multiple times even?
I have to say, you do have a way of making one's day seem... brighter...
You know, sometimes, when I look at some artworks, it takes me well over 5 minutes of incessant staring to spot some 'details' which, after having them observed, appear so obvious... well, it might just be my ignorance.
This drawing however... heh, I should have known better than making a mare with a pink coat blush in a slightly deeper shade of pink, now that I look at it again, I am impressed someone can actually discern it at all.

I think I'm doing decently for my current skill level, still get surprised that people like what I do, but I want to get better, sooner if possible!

For such a relatively short time you've been dedicating to putting out drawings here, and after giving your whole gallery a proper look myself, I can definitely say that the progress is already quite remarkable, I like the way you started off with your drawings closely resembling the art of the actual show and then slowly went down your own path and made it into something more umm 'unique'. Yea, the improvement is pretty rapid in comparison to someone like me at least^^

Well I suppose you're still on the stage of finding out your own style, trying out different things, and overall having barely any idea how you're doing any of it haha^^ but as long as you are marching onward, on top having fun with it, you know you are doing it right, and that is essentially all you need to be sure about.

Yup, dis' a blessing that painting is one of the most fun, fulfilling and actually challenging activities I've found, even when just doing drills is not that bad!

Not really painting, as in actual painting, like on canvas or something, but drawing, which is the thing I do on here, not that there's anything else to do, yea, sure, not one of my main focuses but as a sort of a side activity, I find it rather hmm relaxing...

Hehe, I mainly opted for her to wear an outfit because I could not find any reference to her cutie mark, it was only when I had the drawing already finished that I noticed you actually had one in your gallery, other than that I finaly wanted to draw a pony wearing clothes, since that is not really something I'd given a shot before.
Oh, I can feel it taking over already, it is only one activity out of many which together make up an entire (though, admittedly, quite humble) list of habits which make every day more bearable and give me a sense... of some sort...

How is exactly is that a selfish thing to ask? I have a meaningless policy of keeping my gallery free of any OC characters, so the only way I would even consider posting a drawing including one is if the receiver specifically stated that they want me to.
