Description I didn't actually mean for it to happen but somewhere along the way, the scene began to reflect the sentiments of one of my poems:

~*~*~*~
Contemplations on the Nature of Distance
By M. Arguelles Angue
~*~*~*~

Somewhere my Love, your feet are quivering
I know this for the frothing tide that rises
And falls to the sigh of your steps
refuses to rise within me.

Even from this distance or because of it
I am brought to fold, stilled by the quiet of your breasts;
And pried from the axis of your fingertips,
No less does your touch perturb me.

Even as your image dulls beyond our hour,
Even as my eyes betray us both
Of the dry warm sand and the true distance
Between your sea and my shore;
And even if that distance swells through me-
Faster than I could ever catch,
More vast than I could ever walk,
Farther away from me than Winter -
It is still those trembling footsteps
That is all that awaits and is Silence of me.

Until I learn your name, I will know nothing-
There is only Distance, honest as sand.
Even so, your footsteps quiver as they meet me,
And I am far too distant now to still your feet.
