Circuit Breaker, the Omnitrix’s DNA Sample Galvanic Mechamorph from the terraformed moon of Galvan B, also being one of the first ever aliens samples for the Omnitrix.

Out of all of his current arsenal, Circuit Breaker is the most unusual alien. His body is composed of billions of billions of self replicating nanites that allow him to bend, contort and alter his body shape at will. His strangest ability is his most notable ability, merging with technology and causing it to change into highly futuristic devices.

[ Powers and Abilities]

Enhanced Physical Attributes- Circuit Breaker has a moderate degree of enhanced durability and strength, he was shown to be strong enough to throw a manhole cover hard enough to slice through a Megawhatt and contend against Doctor Viktor.
Technology Possession - He can use his nanotechnology to merge with and possess any technology and machinery no matter how big or small thanks to his continuously replicating nanomachines that compose him.
Technology Augmentation - Whilst he merges, he upgrades the technology to be far more advanced and futuristic, causing new features to form such as weapons and unique functions. It matters not if it’s broken down or not.
Shapeshifting - Circuit Breaker is not just a solid creature but is amorphous on nature, meaning he can take a gelatinous form at will or mimic technology. He can also alter is body, such as stretching, twisting and contorting along with opening holes in his body..
Regeneration- The Nanomachines that comprise his body are self replicating, so if he were to have a hole cut into him they will easily regenerate it.
Laser Projection - By energizing his biomechanical blood, he can unleash lasers from his body such as his weapons. His most powerful attack comes from his eye.
Environmental Adaptability- Circuit Breaker can be comfortable in both the deepest oceans and even the cold darkness of space.

[ Weaknesses]
Magnetic Fields- Any form of magnetic fields interferes with his ability to retain a stable shape and causes him to lose any stored energy.
Organics- Because he is purely bio technological, he cannot merge with organic beings at all.
Electricity- Certain types of electricity can cause him to lose his shape temporarily.
Mutated Mechamorph- A certain Galvanic Mechamorph is by far the worst matchup for him, this creature has the ability to dismantle Galvanic Mechamorphs and absorb his life energy.

Trivia:
As he is made of nano machines, he does not actually have an eye rather than having 'eyes' all around his body at all times.
Much like canon Upgrade, Circuit Breaker sounds like Alex with a mechanical filter.
He is one of the few aliens that don’t need an alternate design, mainly because he cannot age.
He is one of three aliens that reproduced asexually, one of them being Cold Soar
